      Account Executive Graduate Scheme Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Haygarth (London, England) in Jul 2021

      Interview

In addition to submit CV, had to fill out an application form. There were three stages after my application was shortlisted, phone screening, assessment day and a final interview with a director. The Phone interview was quite straightforward. The assessment day was interesting, it consisted of a welcome session from CEO, then an individual interview with a member of the staff, and a group activity. A brief for the activity was given prior, so it was sharing ideas and tried to come to a conclusion and presented the solution as a group. The final interview was less informal than I thought. Basically just talked about the marketing idea I had from the application and asked questions about the role and company to one of the directors. In the end, I wasn't chosen for the grad scheme. While I felt a bit gutted, I really enjoyed the process and could tell it's a good company with an amazing culture.
