The start was great. Enjoyed the two interviews with local manager. However, had third interview via WebEx that was distracting and just didn’t flow. I just felt like the interview didn’t go well and all that work was decided on that one interaction. I spent at least 5 hrs of prep time between all interviews and a mock presentation. I waited two weeks without communication and then decided to reach out. 5 mins later got a email saying I was not selected. I just wish for the respect to let me know earlier of this decision. Either way, I was hired by a competitor and will use this to help me be extra successful.
