Interview
Funny story... I scheduled an initial interview with Max (CEO + Sales Director). He cancelled and asked to reschedule. When I rescheduled, he no-showed. A year or two later, I finally got back on the calendar with him and it was the coldest, most apathetic interview... Just totally disinterested and made no attempts to follow up. Wouldn't recommend even bothering with this company.

How does health and wellness play a role in your life?

Interview
Requested a one-minute loom video to showcase my suitability for the role, which felt somewhat discriminatory as it necessitated recording oneself for an interview. Despite the tight timeframe, I created the video due to my interest in the company's values. Unfortunately, after being viewed promptly, I received no response. I also submitted a detailed cover letter via email, highlighting my interest and experience, but still encountered silence. Suggest reviewing the interview process for potential improvements to ensure a fair and effective evaluation. As this does not give your company a good reputation.

Question 1
Give me a one minute video why you were qualified for this job before we set up an additional call.

Interview
I had one video interview with the CEO and thought it was a good conversation with established next steps. However, after numerous request for follow up I was completely ignored. As someone else said, very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. This should be a red flag to anyone that wants to work here. Let’s just say even if my single interview went terribly, at a minimum should’ve received an email stating they are not moving forward. Truly terrible.
