They do group interviews that are very structured. The questions are situational. The HR Coordinator is the best face of the company and has been there for many years. Unfortunately there is one division that has high turnover but they don't tell you that. They also tell you they have plenty of work but because it is under grants they pay off every 2-4 years. You meet with the hiring manager and some other employees for a group interview. Immediately after that you meet with the hiring manager group you will be interviewed by the HR Manager. Depending on how desperate they are you may get an offer the same week.
