Initial application online which is scored based on behaviour questions and then interview which is also based on civil service scoring system. Whole system from applying to finding out interview results can take a long time.

Tell me about a time when you had to work to a deadline.
I found this process extremely confusing and feel my results did not reflect my input. The interview asked questions directly related to the skills and behaviours form the job spec. I had prepped highly detailed answers that i believed went above and beyond the requirement but received an underwhelming score
