Call with a recruiter, call with your would be line manager and then call with commercial director to finalise and formalise the role. The whole process was fairly straight forward and pain free - would recommend.

The interview was straight forward. Fairly simple questions and generally a nice experience. After the interview nothing….no feedback, not even a decline message despite two email chasers to their internal recruiter for an update.
Ghosting candidates whilst they are engaged in a live interview process isn’t a capacity issue - it’s a process failure. It costs nothing to decline someone with dignity

My phone interview was cancelled the morning of the call. The only communication I received was the calendar notification that the event was cancelled. They did not ask to reschedule or explain why it was cancelled.
