As the other interview here stated, they like to mine you for free work and then ghost you. Even after I reached out for a follow-up I was ignored. Extremely unprofessional. During my in-person interview my portfolio was picked apart line by line.

They ghosted. I got through two phone interviews and submitted a design which took four unpaid hours - then heard nothing. It's incredibly rude to ask someone for free work and then not take 10minutes to write an email back. Pretty much soured me from the company both as a potential employee AND customer.
