We appreciate the feedback you have provided about the interview process. Our co-founders are very hands-on and take hiring very seriously, so speaking with the co-founders early in the process actually helps us let our applicants know that they are accessible and will be part of your everyday work. That is something we consider to be of value. Benefits and culture are also something that is very much a work in progress as we are growing. With growth sometimes come some growing pains.
