The previous person in the role had trouble getting along with their co-workers. We pride ourselves on fostering a collegial, collaborative and supportive environment. 3. Our co-founders are very hands-on and take hiring very seriously, so speaking with the co-founders early in the process actually helps us let our applicants know that they are accessible and will be part of your everyday work.
