The interviewers are very transparent about the job duties and expectations which I really appreciated. You can also tell they have a lot of passion for what they do which bodes well. First round interview was a sit down for about an hour. Second interview you got to do about a half hour shadow with another agent which was very informative. I'm glad they have you meet so many people in the branch so you can really feel the culture.

Two seperate interviews with the heads of the location. Very easy going, looking for hunters who are passionate about the field. The leadership group there is excellent and care very much about the reps.

Interview
it was simple and straight forward. The point person or receptionist was nice, I had gotten nervous about my arrival as I had taken an exit of the interstate too soon, I did appreciate her calmness in my sorry attempt to arrive on time, which I did, just not as early as I had expected as the site of this building was unfamiliar with me.
