I had an initial 15 minute call with the People Operations Manager to discuss my experience. I was also given information about the company and the actual duties within the role. The process moved quickly and I was contacted the following day to let me know if I had made it to the in-person interview (which I did). This was arranged for the following week and I had a task to complete and send in before hand. This task was discussed at the in-person interview and there was also some competency-based questions and an opportunity to ask my own questions at the end. I was phoned the following day informing me that I had not got the job, but was given excellent feedback and appreciated the super transparent recruitment process. It was great to even get feedback, and so have a call instead of an email made the experience a lot more personal.
