An informal meeting with the commercial manager. Which was friendly and welcoming. Seemed like a great place to work.
It has great transport links, close to the M1 for Derby, Nottingham & Leicester.

Interview
It was a pretty simple interview. You go in and they may give you a tour around the plant to see all the operations and what exactly the company does. They allow you to see exactly what you will be doing and they give you a short 20 interview.
