During first meeting my future boss explained the firm philosophy.The meeting was followed by a tour: I was shown the laboratories, the kitchen, the conference rooms. During the 2nd meeting I was interviewed about my personality, my family: no technical questions, no tests. In the end all I had to give was my grades. The interviews were more about checking if I was a social player and if I fit in the team.
