Interview
Had phone interview, then home codding assignment, then on site interviews. They decided no go. No problem, but they didn't even bother to let me know. Now I glad it didnt work out. Would not want to work for company so disrespectful to people.

I'm so sorry we never got back to you with our decision. We really appreciate the time you spent with us and never want to leave candidates in the dark. We're taking a look at our process to see how this could have happened and will ensure it doesn't happen again.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Helix (San Carlos, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Step 1: Hacker rank test.
Step 2: Phone interview
Step 3: Onsite interview with other engineers and senior folks. They paid for flight, hotel and transport. After 5 onsite interview they discuss their feedback over the phone and I was unlucky. They also had a lunch interview in between.
