Communication was slower than expected, and the process lacked transparency at key stages. After investing significant time and energy, the feedback I received did not feel well grounded or proportionate to the discussions we had. The overall impression was that candidate time and effort were not treated with the level of respect one would expect from a professional hiring process.
A more structured, transparent, and timely process would have made a big difference, even if the final outcome had stayed the same.
