There was a screening call with the recruiter that just went over the logistics of the role and asked a few questions. The interview with the nurse manager was low stress. There was a quiz where you had to select the abnormal vital signs. The questions were pretty typical. I recieved an offer for $19.80 an hour. I asked them to double check that that was correct as I have 7 years of experience, and they said an algorithm just tells them what they can offer and they can't negotiate at all, so I did not accept the offer.
