My interview was with two people, both supervisors for the student assistants. They asked me about my previous experience and some theoretical situations, such as how I would respond if a co-worker asked me to cover their shift or how I would respond to a co-worker I had difficulty getting along with. Overall, it was a very positive experience and there were no "gotcha" questions or anything like that.
