Came across the role via LinkedIn and at 1st didn't know much about Heraeus but as did my research and completed an HR phone screen and then spoke to the hiring manager shortly after that I was all for Heraus. I was interviewing toward the end of the summer so scheduling and onsite interview took about 2-3 weeks after the initial HR screening call but the interview was 4, 45min in person at the office site the PM works for. Beautiful Minneapolis office with friendly people. The interviewers where all department heads and made sure I was relaxed and at ease to share our professional stories.
