as i applied for IT_Intern's post , i didnt had that much of trouble getting tha job, it was kind of 1:1 interview , more focussing on my skills and personality as i see it. It was an easy working environment and every employee was encouraged to be creative and good ideas were appreciated . Every Employee and Employer had a very close interaction and was allowed and encouraged to disscuss issues on apersonal level. I really enjoyed working there , learned alot and had the chance to interact with some of the most greatest people.
