They left a message for me on Indeed which I didn't see for several days. Usually companies email me. They wanted to call and discuss the position and they never did. They asked for samples of my work which I submitted with my application and then I was told a couple weeks later these were not sufficient because I completed them in boot camp instead of for a client. This misses the whole point of boot camp, but I digress. They've posted the job on indeed several times with different salaries.
To sum it up, they don't seem to be ready to hire someone and they need to be more detailed in their job description so boot camp or new grads don't waste their time applying for something they can't get.
Also, The owner stated :
"My biggest concerns are twofold:
Hiring a candidate who is trainable.
Hiring a candidate that will mesh well with our team"
I am both of those things.
To think, I was willing to move to Madison, WI to work for this company too! They seemed so nice at first.
