No properly way for aptitude. And just waste of time. Aptitude like a exam paper soo lengthy and just waste of time . Hiring people like to poor employee and rudely behave. Waste of time

Might be this inattentive and thoughtless attitude is the only reason you are not being selected.
Firstly, HestaBit is not working on Java Technology.
Second, HestaBit had no interviews on JAVA in any campus especially the 4 days process.
Research a bit about the Job Profile and the Company before you sit for an interview. :)
