This should really be a concern for CEO, how you are screening and interviewing candidates.
Might be good for fresher's of 1-2yrs exp people., But do not waste the time of candidates for lateral entry.
I was interview by a gentleman who seems inexperienced and was portraying like a tech leader. Extremely poor communication skills and even poorer tech skills he asked me few framework related questions, I have explained him with examples but "seriously he has no idea what he was saying" I was really pissed off from his illogical questions but somehow maintaining professionalism I kept my cool. At last I was answering his java questions and he jumped and asked this I was blown"do you know expect" I asked him again what he said "how you do expectation in your framework" I gave up and said NO, I knew he was asking exceptions but that was it I could not bear more than that.
This kind of screening they are doing for Adobe recruitment.
Suggestion for CEO these kind of screening can be done over phone or Skype, please do not waste time.
