Applied for the graphic designer position. I came in for an interview and who I assume was the owner berated on and on about why would I be qualified if there are tons of people who "work for the newspaper" who could join the team. I didn't get to speak much about my work experience and he dismissed me based off the whole newspaper fiasco. Weird and unprofessional. He was dismissive from the start.

Simply applied and briefly talked with hiring manager. Barely an interview. Work is what you'd expect from a copy center. Repetitive tasks. Minimum wage pay. No opportunities for advancement. No surprises.
