A batch of three interviews with the recruiter, direct manager and heads of correlated areas respectively, followed by a 1-week case development with presentation to the direct manager. Everyone was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my experience. The case was very practical and real, which means it kickstarted discussions that will continue and develop in the role.
