      Software Team Lead Interview

      Jul 13, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Tel Aviv-Yafo
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at HiBob (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2023

      Interview

      * The first interview was about 1.5 (Zoom). Technical interview with a system design and coding part, which were surprisingly easy. The interviewers were tech leaders, they were super nice and informative. * Second interview was on site, with higher-level R&D managers, we talked about my work at my current company, manager responsibilities, etc... And review the architecture of a system I've been working on. The interviews were also very nice and informative. My impression was they are smart and good professionals. * Last interview was with the VP R&D and the group manager(separately), non-technical interviews. The interview was postponed 10 minutes before its start time, because Mr VP decided he would like to meet in person. The GM was very nice. Then the interview with the VP, I felt like he asked questions but was not really interested in my answers, cause he did not address my answers, instead he had like a 'self-satisfied' smile and we haven't developed these answers into a conversation. Last, I did not get good feedback when they call to say I didn't get the offer that I can learn from, which is something I would expect after completing the whole process.
