Interview
I applied via careers page and had an initial chat with the Talent Manager and was progressed to the task stage. I was then invited to the next interview via zoom however it was booked during Easter Monday so I asked to reschedule. I was then ignored for a week and then told that they’re reviewing other profiles and would let me know if I will be progressed. This was extremely odd as I was already told that I would be progressing. I then waited another 2 weeks until I thought I’m never going to get a response. I spent personal time preparing for these interviews and the task to be ghosted so I’m extremely disappointed especially when I’m communicating directly with the Manager of the Talent team. Overall from what I’ve seen they don’t seem to respect or value candidates.

One word to describe the interview process- AMAZING! My recruiter was informative and communicative, which was very helpful at each step in the process. The process was thorough which I also liked so by the time an offer was extended, I knew 100% that this opportunity was right for me and my future.
