It is easy and clear. Straight forward and no complications. Easy communication. Human Resources was very helpful and nice. All questions were answered, no misunderstanding. Instructions were clear. Quick to hear a response back from.

Interview
The Interview scheduling was pretty simple and I was interviewed by the director along with a charge nurse and manager. The director asked NCLEX style questions which would've been more suited for a new graduate. She clearly knew what I applied for and gave some bogus statement about training on night shift and some other bs which I cared nothing about. Speaking Spanish is all they cared about.

The Director read from a piece of paper asking NCLEX style questions. Never in all my years have I sat through an interview where they asked questions. It's redundant. Nursing doesn't change and questions does determine the skills.
