People were very comforting and supporting during the interviews. Since it's a contractor position, when it's time to do an interview with the customer, they help you prepare for it.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at High Tech Genesis (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
They happen to call me as soon as I applied with 1 day. First interview is easy leetcode(questions), then they connected me to senior person, more leetcode questions (medium - 2). Then the guy proceeds to ask linux and system design and resume review questions. He's satisfied with me and want to move forward. Next thing, he setup meeting and in that meeting, he forgot me and all the things happen. Really that was embarrassing. I had to tell the same guy that we went through and what questions they have asked. I had to repeat myself and experience wasn't good.
