I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Highgate (Miami, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
About 30 minutes long in hotel lobby. Was scheduled with HR, she went over company logistics and basic things. Asked about my experience and goals. Then she checked if the supervisor / director was available. Interviewed with her and signed on the spot. Later completed official application and background check, no drug test
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Highgate (White Plains, NY) in Jan 2013
Interview
I received a call and came in for three in person interviews. Both quick and to the point, but comfortable and through enough to get a clear picture. I was first interviewed by the Front Office Manager, then the HR manager, and then taken down to the GMs office. Each interview focused on a different part of my resume (skills, personality, experience)
