After applying , I was contacted a few days later by the hiring manager saying they felt like I could be a good fit and asked to schedule time to take an assessment for the role. I promptly replied to schedule my time and it was confirmed. They would email the link to the assessment at the time agreed on and I would have an hour to complete it. The day and time I scheduled came and no email was sent. I waited for about 30 minutes and sent several emails about not getting the link with no response until the following Monday. The link was sent to the wrong email and so we rescheduled. This time things went more smooth and I completed the assessment within the time. After this point, they completely ghosted me. Not even a "not a good fit" email or anything. After for quite some time, I followed up - no response. After several weeks, I offered my feedback again with no response. It was extremely disrespectful and I truly hope they never put anyone else through that experience. It left me feeling like it was a huge waste of time.
