Got to the first HR screening. I thought it went well and the recruiter was very nice, I got good signals. But it was silent after that, tried emailing the recruiter twice but no response. Disappointing as the company looks very cool but their approach to candidates don't seem to reflect the culture they are portraying.
Recruiter screen, I got asked to talk about my resume and my past experiences. I was also asked to describe a past technical project I worked on. It was a bit surprising that they asked it in the screening round.
Had a conversation with a recruiter and one with a hiring manager. General behavioral questions and resume review. Was not passed to a further round. The process was fairly transparent.
