Hillary Clinton for President interview questions

A series of three phone calls, first with a general hiring manager, then the head of the area I would be organizing and finally with my direct superior who offered me the job at the end of our talk.

Phone interview, followed by skills test. Conversations about experiences and education, desire to work for the cause, why you support the candidate. Skills test over basic analytics knowledge, how well you can handle basic excel functions (vlookup, data cleaning, data sorting) and some industry specific questions. Overall, not very analytically demanding, but requires creativity.
