Applied online. Was contacted promptly for an interview. Interview lasted about 30 mins but the interviewer was clearly unprepared, as she asked me literally one or two basic questions about my experience, and then spent the remaining duration of the interview rambling/gloating about the firm. Easily could've been conducted over the phone. The interviewer also asked me a number of inappropriate questions about my personal life and disclosed inappropriate information about the other candidates. Benefits at this firm are great, but the pay is not competitive, and there are much greater growth opportunities at other downtown Toronto firms. Advice to management: Make sure your interviewers actually have basic HR training!
