Hinds Hospice interview questions

I had one interview with the Clinical Director and two other Medical Secretaries. The interview process lasted about ten minutes. Each person asked a series of questions relating to the job itself and how I might handle certain situations. They gave adequate time for me to answer in detail as well as talk about my recent schooling.

A panel of 8 or 9 VPs, Directors, managers and department employees. The panel took turns asking questions. The interview took about an hour. I was one of 10 candidates that interviewed on different days. The 2nd round candidates have not yet been selected.
