Overall, the interview process was conversational and 'human', and it felt as though the team was really trying to get to know me as a person. Having gone through many other corporate interview processes, I found Hinterland's to be refreshing. From end to end the process took about 7 weeks. I met with People & Culture first, then the hiring manager, then had two rounds of team interviews, and met with the CEO. I can say honestly that I enjoyed every interview I had and felt the entire process was genuine.
