Two rounds. I was reached out to by a recruiter. I went through the phone screen then the second round interview was with the hiring manager. It was pretty relaxed. There was a brief technical portion at the end of the second interview.

If I would have stayed the full course, it would have been 8 different people I met with over 8 interviews. The process flowed like this: Recruiter Hiring Mgr - Tech questions Peer Peer Hiring mgr and peer to review my take home assignment, which was a 10-slide deck. Technical questions There were 3 other interviews left, all C-Suite and up to the CEO, to schedule but I was told I was not technical enough. The team asked me to continue on as a Customer Success Mgr, although I declined. The reason I declined to move forward in this process was the lack of benefits and an expectation to work 70 plus hours per week (told to me by all interviewers). Everyone was very nice throughout the process.
