I spoke with Melanie, the president and CEO of the company, on the phone, and met her in person at Hire a Host's restaurant, Olivia's Organic Cafe. Melanie was very friendly and passionate about her business, and explained a lot of helpful information about multiple open positions and their onboarding process.
