I applied to a job posting and was contacted by someone scheduled a time for a phone interview and asked me to please fill out their forms online in the meantime. I filled out the forms. Hire An Esquire contacted all 3 of my references and asked them to fill out information. The person never called me during our confirmed appointment time. I emailed and called and she eventually replied to me that she had been very busy and apologizes. She asked me for my availability the following week. I replied to her email with my availability and then never heard from her again. That was over 3 weeks ago. Not only a waste of my time, but they wasted the time of my references!
