First step was a phone screening interview: their recruiter was very polite and asked questions about my current tech stack and theirs. After that I had an interview with two guys, a senior frontend engineer and the IT manager. Kinda of mix of behavioural and tech questions. Next step, they send you a GH repo with specs and you implement with two others engineers. Again, really nice pair programming, they were helpful, asked some questions during the implementation and give you feedback at the end. They gave me great feedback. Said the code was really good, testing approach, how I communicate and so on. After that, I waited a week and no response. I sent email to the recruiter and nothing. Reached her again and nothing. Two weeks passed and I gave up 👻
