We welcome an applicant with a friendly reception. We observe keenly their comfort prior to and following the application process. The interview is conducted by our human resource staff. They ask the same questions to all applicants for a particular position. The interviewer will ask follow-up questions when the answer seem vague or hard to understand. An assessment is given tailored to the job they applied. Following the interview process, human resources gather professional, and when required, personal references. A background check is also performed as required to meet client’s security measures. When an opportunity is granted to the select applicant for a position, follow-up questions are asked to assure the best fit between the candidate and client. It is also a chance for the candidate to ask and be provided answer to any question that help in deciding to accept or reject the position after learning the job and client’s full profile.
