Entire process took around 1 month, so nothing special.
After the second interview they didn't come back with the feedback as promised. I had to write a reminding email.

Question 1
General stuff like motivation, previous experience, relevant skills, reasons to change the job etc.
First you have to upload the Curriculum Vitae, best way is through their website. Then the next step is CV overview by Human Resources and phone talk with Human Resources.
