Interview
Initial Telephonic call from one of the HR Team, short and crisp call and immediate action scheduling F2F interview.
F2F Interview:
1st. Level - Scenario based asked for drafting a mail on passive candidates and about Hiver.
2nd Level - Sourcing the profiles based on the requirement shared using LinkedIn & Naukri and also from other sources for around 30minutes.
3rd. Level - HR Round
Took around 1 hour on general discussion about my past experience, interests, future plans and commitments and explaining about Hiver, work culture and other benefits.
4th. Level - Founder Interview
Scenario based interview on my past experience. Effective discussion short and crisp.
Immediate feedback on my candidature and taking further.
The first thing when I entered office, I could understand the culture at Hiver the way how I was welcomed with warm greetings.
I dint feel like an interview and also made me feel like an existing employee, can be experienced only at Hiver.
Was very comfortable and relaxed environment. Loved Acoustic & Rock guitar near the entrance played by employees.

Interview
Hiver has a good interview process. It began with sourcing tech and non-tech JD's on LinkedIn to understand the JD and finding right profiles. Then was asked to write a job posting to check for communication skills. In-detail discussion with the HR Head on your background and fitment. Finally you get a chance to meet the Co-Founder of the company and get interviewed.
