First round was Introductory and PS/DS round. First of all that stupid came 10 min late in 1 hour long interview. then He asked me the question. He wrapped up the interview in 30 minutes. then he said we cant go for the next question because only 20 minutes are left. I felt like he was doing formality only. 20 minutes were left in PS/DS round and he asked me to to fire my question if I have any. Seriously.. you came 10 min late, you have 20 minutes in interview and you cant not go for a another problem in PS/DS round. HR should ask that stupid if he has already someone in mind to hire it directly. Why to waste others time.

I was contacted by the recruiter/HR about the position. It took round 3 weeks for the entire process. At first attempt, I had the interview scheduled on a specific date and time but the interviewer ghosted and HR didn’t cared to inform. Same thing a happened for second attempt. After 2 weeks. Finally at third attempt someone showed up. First round was algo / ds round. They asked me to solve a sliding window technique related question. Interviewer gave the question and got off the call again for 15 mins. But finally came back and continued the interview process. I was able get a partially correct answer but I could not run/test it on time. So we had to finish off the interview. After 1 more week I asked for the result and I was informed that I didn’t qualify for senior QA engineer position. (I applied for senior software engineer position) The interview process was not streamlined. And I felt like my time is not being valued. I had to take 3 days wfh just to get one interview and I was ghosted 2 times without prior notice.
