Very relaxed interview. Doesn’t ask the typical hiring questions, just wants to understand if your personality and qualities fit in the company culture. Met with the lead assurance partner and a manager.

Interview
One on-campus interview (with one interviewer) and one in-office interview (met with three pairs of interviewers and had an office tour from recruiter) 10 days later. All conversational rather than scripted. Received an offer the same day.
