It was me in a small room with the ED and Deputy director. I sat across from both of them (no AC was tough!) while they asked me questions. We got along well and the interview lasted about an hour and a a half. I remembered that I applied online and was contacted by the assistant at the time to schedule. I don't believe I had a phone screen prior. I was given homework after the in person. I was to review a document and make edits and suggestions to it.
