Multiple panels including one management/executive panel. The tech panels asked about background and some technical discussions. No computer science/ textbook questions. Questions weren't tough, they were more about background and conversations about various technologies and work history. Friendly, nice people. The executive panel was a different story. There was a complete lack of appreciation for my experience and knowledge, and for having taken the time to interview there. Disrespectful interview. Knew I didn't want to work there. Only after the interview did I read the Glassdoor Hollar company reviews. After reading them, I realized that the behavior I saw aligned perfectly with the negative reviews. The lack of appreciation for people that was mentioned such as bad work/life experience and toxic management showed through even in one interview. I also found some of the questions to be inappropriate.
