The following day, I was asked to share mandatory documents and then attend an HR discussion, which indicated that the process was nearing completion. However, unexpectedly, an additional culture round was introduced. I agreed to attend it, but the interview turned out to be heavily focused on advanced technical questions rather than cultural fit. This felt misleading and unfair, as it did not align with the stated purpose of a culture round.
