Webinar came first just to learn a little about the company . After they pick out of how you answer questions on there questionnaire . After the question are you receive a phone call and they schedule a zoom to interview afterwards you train .

Interview
We were asked to watch a video about the company. Then we went through the channels of the interview process. After the zoom meeting we were separated into individual breakout rooms for the final interview.
Very sketchy 100% think a scam don’t even bother. The interviews were all shady and had weird back drop background with horrible lightening. The recruiter didn’t ask any questions regarding skills very weird
