Simple face to face interview in one of their stores with the store manager with some basic questions about myself and part time retail jobs. Questions included personal and how I would fit in the role.

Online application followed by a group interview. You watch an induction video, learn HBs history and do group activities to identify team skills. There's a little solo interview which is one on one but it's very simple and focuses on your understanding of teamwork etc.

It was very quick and easy, all of the staff that I dealt with were friendly and approachable. It was very stress-free and conducted professionally. Although I didn't get the position I was very pleased with the experience.
