Interview
The interview process was very laid back and relaxed. Interviews are not the same at every store. The store manager asked me general questions as to why I wanted to work there and what I was looking for in a job. She also asked about specific experiences in my previous positions.

Question 1
The only difficult part of the interview is the test you have to take that determines if you are trustworthy to work for the company. It's really really hard to pass and they won't hire you if you don't pass.
